A few new tracks

Greetings,
Feels like it's been ages since I last posted!
Some of you may be aware that a bloke called "Bluejooz" delved into the realms of C64 and Amiga game tune remixes a few years ago. Well, that was me! After taking a break from writing Ambient tracks I decided to go back to some old classics and give them a new lease of life.
I've just uploaded a new remixed and rearranged version of "Delta" (Rob Hubbard) and "Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe" (Nation XII)
They are available at two places:
My Website - Bluejooz.com ( 192 version = yummy )

Myspace.com/bluejoozmusic (128 version = sounds shit )

Also... some of you may notice that I've got a new tag...
I am going under the guise of Transmission '71. Why? Well, I am going to revert Bluejooz back to my ambient genre but for my more uptempo tracks (such as the C64 stuff) I will be using Transmission '71.
I may even do a collaboration track ;)
Right, got to shoot. Off to Ireland in the morning... and damn, am I looking forward to it? Hell yeah!

Will post pictures when I get back.

New track - "And Then the Sun Sets"

I've just released a new ambient / chilled down beat track called "And Then the Sun Sets" and is available for free at http://www.pzaaz.com/bluejooz

It is highly recommended that you get this on your MP3 player then grab a bottle of wine, find a nice spot somewhere either on the beach or a hill just before the sun goes down, uncork the wine, pour yourself a drink, plug yourself in and press play... and chill out by listening to this track and watching the sun set.

Yeah baby...

"Not Everyone is Down and Out"

Greetings,
I've got a new track uploaded that I wrote for a ambient collaboration but then found out that a full track wasn't actually required. So, instead of putting this in the desktop bin I decided to upload. You may spread this file... just say "Thanks" if you download it.

Enjoy,

Proof is in the Pudding! Or lack of...

In July 04 I weighed in at a hefty 21 stone and was going up and up. I decided after feeling very unhappy with myself and that I was only to blame that I had to do something it about it... and pronto too! I started my diet by giving up lots of fatty foods such as pastries, chips, crisps, fried foods and chocolate. In came the salads with chicken or tuna for months on end. I swapped the full fat crisps for low fat alternatives. Instead of fatty snacks I had apples instead. Full fat sugary drinks went too and I substituted them with low calorie alternatives. Sweets too, low fat puddings, even though I never really ate them in the first place! All the junk went out the window and was all replaced with low fat, healthier foods. I used to snack in between snacks! That was a no go. I knew that I had to be strict. And now look at the results! I have shed 7 and 1/2 stone. I did little exercise but I did take up walking during the summer of 05. That may have helped a little too.
So, all I can say to the people who want to lose some weight is do it now. Don't wait until the weekend or next month because it will never happen. Do it now and reap the rewards.
If you would like some tips or advice then please drop me an email.
